Misdemeanor Court

Misdemeanor Court is conducted at the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center and the Washington Parish Courthouse at least three times per month. All cases pending for non-felony charges are heard at this court. The Misdemeanor Courtroom in the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center is located on the first floor, Any bailiff can direct you to that courtroom. Misdemeanor Court at the Washington Parish Courthouse is assigned a courtroom depending on what other types of court are in session on the designated date. A sign in the lobby will direct you to Misdemeanor Court at the Washington Parish Courthouse or any bailiff can also direct you.
